❓ About

I’m currently a senior applied scientist at Afresh, reducing food waste in the grocery industry. Prior to that career, I studied math (mostly combinatorics) and computer science (AI and theoretical CS) at Stanford University.

I often ponder about these topics:

math and technology

food systems

climbing and movement

...and my brain might meld them together like this:

figure nine point circle snap no spraying beta distribution USDA guidelines for Certified Organic crash pads Hagoromo chalk buckets strawberry fields medal sustainably caught salmon ladder wic triangle inequality in access fund crop rotation along an axis figure four color theorem food access in the metropolis hastings analytical solution comps antibiotic free climbing refined sugarloaf slabs importance sampling at the farmer's market hidden Markov models of weather patterns outdoor projective plane
